Take time at the end of the day to slow down, soften, and tend to your heart.
This 90-minute evening gathering weaves together heart-opening yoga, metta (loving-kindness) meditation, herbal heart-opening tea, and reflective journaling to support
emotional ease, presence, and connection.
We’ll begin by gathering in circle to share an herbal heart-opening tea to help you settle and arrive. The tea is a gentle blend of hibiscus, tulsi, rose, and hawthorn berry, traditionally used to support the heart and nervous system.
From there, we’ll move through gentle, heart-opening yoga, followed by a short guided reflection, metta (loving-kindness) meditation, and simple journaling prompts to support connection and integration.
This experience is appropriate for all levels and anyone seeking a grounded, nourishing pause. You won’t be asked to share unless you would like to. Everything is offered as an invitation, with space to rest, modify, or simply be.
$40 per person - Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, journal, a favorite mug, and any layers or personal items that help you feel comfortable and supported
