Meet Meghan on Zoom to share your intentions for starting or deepening your meditation and yoga practice and interests in meeting regularly for mediation sessions.

Meghan has been teaching meditation for 20 years in schools, studios, hospitals, with individuals, and on retreats with all ages. Join her for one-hour sessions to gain tools that build clarity, purpose, and wellbeing. More information may be found below on pricing and booking options.


Meditation practices have been used for thousands of years through ancient wisdom and are now backed by scientific research. These practices allow individuals to learn techniques that support greater ease, fulfillment, intuition, and compassion while offering tools to manage stress and balance the mind and body.

Topics covered in private meditation sessions with Meghan may include breathwork techniques, yoga asanas (poses), philosophy, conscious living tools/ mindfulness, neuroscience, spirituality, sacred texts, Ayurveda, and metaphysics.

Meghan also offers private meditation/ mindfulness & yoga with young people. Sessions for young people include calming strategies, movement, mindfulness games, breathing techniques, activities, and more.

Price: $65 for an online or in-person one-hour session

Location: In-person sessions are located at Riverside Yoga Studio in Newburyport, MA
