Costa Rica Yoga Teacher Training Immersion: 100-Hour Advanced Module

Deepen your teaching, expand your personal practice, and immerse yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica. This 100-hour immersion is part of our 300-hour advanced training, but is open to any certified 200-hour yoga teacher looking to enrich their skills and experience.

Program Dates

• October 4 – December 31, 2026
• Costa Rica Immersion: October 31 – November 7, 2026 at the world-renowned Blue Spirit Retreat Center
• Hybrid kickoff session: October 4, 2026, 8am–1pm (in person at Vitality Family Medicine in Newburyport, MA or via Zoom)
• Weekly one-on-one mentoring calls (1 hour each) from October 4 through December 31, 2026
