✨ Simple ways to keep the mind uplifted this Spring (Kapha) season - According to Ayurveda (yoga's 5,000-year-old sister science), Kapha season happens from late Winter into early Spring and takes on the qualities of heaviness and dampness (earth and water) - making it harder to get out of bed or to stay motivated.

✨ Practice these simple tools of upliftment to maintain balance:

• wear bright colors like yellow, white, or green more often

• practice yoga at a more vigorous pace

• add spices like dried ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon into your meals
