Yoga & Mindfulness for a Flexible, Balanced Body & Mind

Join us in learning and exploring the foundations of yoga and mindfulness to support physical and mental health. Research says that when practiced daily, yoga and mindfulness can lead to greater ease, flexibility, and balance, in mind and body. The theme for this workshop will be on "body awareness" practices and practices that support being in the "zone", on and off the field.
$16 for drop-ins
$12 for drop-in student athletes
